  • HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF ONLY THE ACTOR CHANGES

We are all prisoners of our past, products of our generation, and influenced by who we have known and what we have experienced, much of which has been beyond our control. Some are worse off than others, and just a few are more aware of their blind spots . But everyone believes that any intelligent and well-informed person would disagree with this. And this also applies to business. Our past experiences in business condition our vision (creating paradigms) of what is possible and what we should do in the future. The problem is that not everything we have done in the past will serve us well in the future . We may not even be in the same business 5 years from now and inclusive much less time due to the high velocity with which technology changes. Let's bring a famous story about how the railway companies missed a great opportunity. They did not understand that they were in the transportation business, not the railroad business. They missed the chances with the airlines. In the same way, we must be attentive to how our past experiences and our current business can blind us to new opportunities that we cannot see at the moment. “ History repeats itself, only the actor changes ,” as a famous song says ( La Balada del Pianista - Jose Feliciano ). The multiple complaints, discontent, and low level of consumer satisfaction that we glean from our analysis of the solar market in different regions of the world when using our Integration Coefficient IC tells us that solar companies today have failed to understand that we are in the business of sustainability to avoid the disastrous consequences of climate change and not in the business of renewable energy components . This commercial blindness makes them lose opportunities against organizations focused on macro objectives that empower the consumers , society, and the planet. Gretchen Rubin is one of today's most influential and thought-provoking observers of happiness and human nature and a highly acclaimed writer, known for her ability to distill and convey complex ideas with an affinity for new tools and platforms, and founder of “The Happiness Project," which has helped create an ecosystem of imaginative products and tools to make people happier, healthier, more productive, and more creative. She once said: “ What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while .” This leads us to understand that it is easy to take this into account one day, but it's hard to do it over a lifetime. That's why great results rarely come from doing things just once . Rather, they come from doing things often, for a long time, and with macro objectives. And more when things are done in a disruptive way . Do you want to know more about our Integration Coefficient IC ? We invite you to subscribe to our website.

  • THE MORE DARKNESS A CANDLE LIGHT WILL SHINE BRIGHTER THAN THE SUN

The phrase " The more Darkness a Candle light will shine brighter than the sun " finds its relevance in the context of the supply chain of the solar business. We want to accentuate the dichotomy that currently exists, which is exemplified by the fact that although solar energy represents an intrinsic source of light, end customers are trapped in the dark due to their total lack of power within the supply chain, produced by the highly inefficient of it. The lack of unified guarantees , high prices, logistical problems, high customs duties , confusing and arbitrary permits, as well as the lack of incentives, continue to generate a lot of dissatisfaction, which hinders the massive adoption of solar energy and therefore the assurance of a world sustainable in the short and medium term. However, our manufacturing and marketing model Integration Coefficient IC emerges as a simple candle capable of illuminating this supply chain that is bent on obscuring sustainability . By focusing on it and on user satisfaction , the Integration Coefficient IC places the end customer at the center, also making it the main promoter of solar energy . Through unified guarantees, an attractive ROI, integration of recognized leading manufacturers with the most up-to-date technologies guaranteeing the quality of solar solutions, logistical improvements that reduce transportation costs and tariffs, and a digital communications ecosystem that quickly collects end customers satisfaction levels and turns them into the main promoters of the emotions and positive feelings that arise from this simple concept, constitute the key elements of our Integration Coefficient IC model . These elements, which are continuously neglected by current competition , generate trust and allow long-term economic and environmental benefits, since the motivation is simply based on sustainability, consumer empowerment and not short-term profits . Again, concepts as simple as a candle . The Integration Coefficient IC also stands out for the significant savings offered to users. Thanks to the optimization of the supply chain and the integration of efficient technologies, customers can save up to 60% compared to current prices. This long-term vision and sustainable approach ensures that solar energy is a true light source for future generations, ending the aforementioned dichotomy. The Integration Coefficient IC brings us closer to a future where sustainable energy is a reality for everyone. Thank you for your kind attention, your contact will tell us that you are ready to transform your energy model.

  • SOLAR DIGITAL COLLABORATIVE ECONOMY

CREATING AN EQUITABLE SOLAR MARKET THROUGH INTEGRATION COEFFICIENT IC Sharing economy companies like Uber and Airbnb have revolutionized how we think about traditional business models. They have ushered in a new era of convenience and accessibility for the masses. Similarly, selling hybrid and on-grid solar kits to homeowners through our Integration Coefficient IC model is a perfect example of a Solar Digital Collaborative Economy . The Integration Coefficient IC model allows solar kit installers, the most immediate channel to end customers, to access international factory prices by grouping and purchasing, every one separately, smaller volumes of solar kits . By doing so, they can purchase them in container volumes, from world-renowned factories of Tier 1 solar panels, the best inverters, LIFEPO4 batteries, and mounting racks, with a unified local guarantee , and then we manage our digital communication ecosystems enabling this interaction between end users and installers, similar to how Uber connects car drivers with passengers through its App. In a traditional solar system business model, end users rely on several, different, larger, or specialized corporations that often establish monopolies and make warranties difficult to apply for. This has resulted in higher prices, limited choices, company losses, personnel lay-off, and then a lack of customer satisfaction. When the market adopts the Integration Coefficient IC model, end users have access to a wider range of high-end products at much lower prices, and solar kit installers benefit from higher sales volumes, allowing them to grow their businesses. Not only does this model empower end users by making renewable energy solutions more accessible, but it also allows installers to have the opportunity to compete with larger, more established companies creating a more equitable market where smaller businesses and end users can thrive . The success of this model relies on the willingness of installers to work together and ends users being open to dealing with smaller, but certified, local installers rather than relying solely on larger corporations. By promoting the benefits of this collaborative model and educating customers on the advantages of our Integration Coefficient IC model , we can create a more sustainable future while also promoting economic growth and stability . In summary, selling solar kits using the IC model is a perfect example of a sharing economy business tendency like Uber and Airbnb. By allowing installers to access international factory prices and letting end users work with local installers they may trust, we seek to promote a more equitable and sustainable market. With the IC model, we can push forward towards a greener, more sustainable future. Please subscribe to our website to belong to our list of end customers and solar installers to keep promoting this Digital Collaborative Business Economy.

  • INTEGRATION COEFFICIENT IC SOLUTIONS VS HIGH TARIFFS

THE WELSH NOT HISTORY The Welsh Not History: From the 19th century until the beginning of the 20th century, the Welsh school system under English command punished those children who were detected speaking Welsh, since the language imposed and permitted was English. The punishment consisted of placing a wooden sign with the letters WN (No to the Welsh language), at the chest height of the child to be humiliated or punished. Although most nations are working to increase the use of renewable energy such as solar and promote global sustainability agreements, some still impose very high tariffs (a WN sign) when importing solar panels , which makes solar adoption much more expensive. The highest tariffs apply to products from countries that can produce them more efficiently and at competitive prices. This can limit the availability of affordable technology in countries and communities seeking to adopt renewable energy and reduce their carbon footprint, and result in a "plug one hole by another" effect, in which solutions offered to consumers , are neither efficient nor profitable in the long term, decreasing the possibility to achieve sustainability more quickly. All unnatural, tax, retaliatory, and punitive policies generate distortions, inefficiencies, costs, reparations, injustice, and decreases. Trading authorities should look for decisions that make business fluid and "natural". Adopting open, transparent, and inclusive trade policies will reduce the costs of solar energy systems, the deployment of this technology, and the creation of employment in the sector. Trade policies should reduce or eliminate tariffs on solar products, which act as a hidden tax for end consumers. Tariffs range, on average, between 2.2% applied to solar cells and 10% for panels with much bigger percentages in the U.S. Tariff reduction initiatives should be complemented with measures to remove the broader technological, economic, and regulatory obstacles that hinder the deployment of solar technology in countries that are least efficient at manufacturing them. This is where you can enjoy the benefits of our Integration Coefficient IC solutions vs High Tariffs . By integrating factories to create and offer solar kits to installers and reaping the benefits of reduced HS codes, some penalties (same as the "WN" sign) imposed by countries trying to “protect” their manufacturers can be avoided. This can help speed up the adoption of solar power and other renewable energy systems by making solutions more accessible. Rather than forcing inadequate solutions on the customer, as in the case of the "Welsh Not", the IC model can provide a more efficient and sustainable solution for the renewable energy supply chain. The Integration Coefficient IC guides every step we take. Together, we can build a sustainable and efficient solar business model. Let's talk .

  • ASIAN EPC ADVANTAGES

USING OUR INTEGRATION COEFFICIENT IC MODEL There are some advantages to using Asian EPC to build solar farms globally, but ultimately there are several factors and context-specific issues to consider. One of the Asian EPC advantages is their extensive experience in building solar plants internationally as they can provide cost-effective solutions due to their economies of scale. Their access to advanced technology and equipment is undeniable, enabling faster and more efficient projects. However, there are also potential drawbacks. Some language and cultural barriers may affect communication and coordination with local stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and sub-contractors. . Also, regulatory and compliance issues may arise that need to be carefully addressed, including local laws and regulations, labor practices, and environmental requirements. To overcome these drawbacks, several large Asian solar companies have established subsidiaries or joint ventures in other regions, working with local EPCs. In some cases, these subsidiaries may even acquire or merge with local EPCs to gain a foothold in the market and expand their capabilities. But there is a better approach. Working with an international integrator through the Integration Coefficient IC model, who has experience in contexts in Asia and other regions, can provide a valuable resource that can bridge those gaps and ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project. In addition, the Integration Coefficient IC model can help navigate regulatory and compliance issues by providing expertise in local laws and regulations, labor practices, and environmental requirements. This can help ensure the project complies with all relevant standards and minimize potential legal and financial risks. Also, the Integration Coefficient IC model can help address the logistical challenges associated with purchasing materials and equipment from multiple vendors with different warranty terms and shipping requirements. The integrator can work with Asian EPCs to ensure that all materials and equipment are sourced and shipped efficiently and effectively, with clear documentation, unified guarantee , and quality control processes in place. It is worth noting that the choice between using a local EPC or an Asian EPC depends only on the cost and although it is a significant factor in any business decision, it is not the only one. Other factors, such as quality, experience, and project management using the Integration Coefficient IC , can also influence the decision to choose an Asian EPC instead of a local one, obtaining double the advantages with the best cost/benefit ratio . Your decision to join our network will be your first step towards transformative change. Thank you for taking the time to trust us .

  • IS THE SOLAR BUSINESS AT RISK OF BECOMING A DEAD HORSE?

INTEGRATION COEFFICIENT IC MODEL OFFERS A NEW PATH FOR SOLAR BUSINESS. Is the Solar Business at Risk of Becoming a Dead Horse? The solar industry is at a pivotal moment. While the solar business promises a sustainable future, persistent problems in the supply chain and outdated business models risk turning it into a "Dead Horse." Are we unknowingly riding an unsustainable system, or can we pivot toward innovation and collaboration to secure the future of solar energy? The solar business has long been associated with the system's components rather than delivering holistic, long-term solutions and promoting sustainability . This focus creates inefficiencies that undermine sustainability and user satisfaction. Here are the main reasons: Fragmented Supply Chains: Costly delays and vulnerabilities from over-reliance on global suppliers. Misaligned Solutions: Products that fail to address real user needs. Short-Term Focus: Prioritizing sales over sustainability and customer satisfaction. This outdated model risks turning the solar business into a Dead Horse, an endeavor that is no longer viable but continues due to inertia. These challenges undermine the industry’s sustainability goals and long-term success. Avoiding the Concorde fallacy: Just as we talk about the “Dead Horse Theory,” the famous “Concorde fallacy” also applies, as we have described before in other posts, although from a different point of view. This involves continuing to invest in an inefficient model because they have incurred large previous expenses. Solar energy companies should focus on future, user-focused solutions instead of patching obsolete systems. Are we creating value or justifying past mistakes? The Integration Coefficient IC Model: Inspired by disruptors like Uber, the IC model offers a new path for solar businesses: Integrated Supply Chains: Locate the best target market segment (installers) and streamline the acquisition of the right solutions to reduce costs and delays. Solar energy becomes on demand directly from local installers: Who take advantage of the possibility of dealing with large international suppliers, just as Uber brings drivers closer to passengers without intermediaries. Customer-Centric Solutions: Provide complete energy services, from installation to maintenance. Collaboration Economies: Partner with government entities, tech innovators, and local players close to the end consumers in the supply chain to build unified networks. Sustainability and ROI: Maximize efficiency across all processes for better outcomes. The Integration Coefficient IC model transforms the solar world from a components business to a holistic and sustainable energy business. The Time to Act is Now: Avoid the Concorde Fallacy and the Dead Horse Theory by investing in solutions that align with the future, not the past. Embrace the Integration Coefficient IC model to build a collaborative, user-focused, sustainable solar ecosystem . Let’s make solar energy synonymous with long-term satisfaction and real sustainability , not just another component-based business. The future of solar isn’t just about selling panels or components in general. • CONCORDE FALLACY

THE SUNK COST EFFECT The Concorde Fallacy " is a case of "sunk costs". This prodigious and unique aircraft meant large investments by the Anglo-French alliance, and it was decided to move forward despite the constant cost overruns because they did not want to lose work already done and the heavy investment already consumed. Until now, this effect has been related to the following questions: Have you continued with a project long after you should have abandoned it? Have you persevered with a relationship even after the point of no return? Have you dragged yourself to an event in miserable weather just because you already bought the ticket with your hard-earned cash? These are all examples of the “ sunk cost effect ,” which occurs when someone chooses to do or continue something just because they have invested (unrecoverable) resources in it in the past or even because they love the idea, and abandoning it may cause a lot of pain. In modern marketing, this effect may have a deeper meaning. Before, measuring the sunk cost was related to achieving less and less profit in a business; even losing money defending a project that maybe was a “star” initially with significant quota in a market that was still growing exponentially; but now, although the market is still growing, the competition grows more fierce daily and the supply channel is instead yielding less profit with less sales volume. The cause is simple to explain: The meaning of the term "profit" needs to be changed. It is not only money-related anymore . The lack of cooperation between supply chain steps is making them forget the satisfaction of the end users and also forgetting that the real profit is 100% attached to the search for sustainability . So, when companies in renewable energy, like solar, finally understand that end-user satisfaction will be the best way to promote the increment of sales volume towards the main goal which is to reach a sustainable world , then they will be able to avoid this sunk costs effect that is making solar business come off as "dog" products, that do not grow because almost every hour a new competitor appears and companies then get less quota in the market. Our organization is fighting ferociously to set an Integrated Supply Chain through our innovative marketing and manufacturing Integration Coefficient IC model process, which can get factories closer to the end users emulating Collaborative Economy business tendencies, minimizing costs, and making the supply chain more efficient for the promotion of both On-grid , and hybrid solar kits ; OEM battery projects , and Real Specs solar LED lamps , among others solutions . • MASLOW HAMMER BIAS

THE SHORTCUT TRAP There is a common tendency to use familiar tools to solve new problems. Maslow gracefully defined this attitude (also known as the Einstellung, German word) as the Law of the Instrument: "If the only tool we have is a hammer, it's tempting to see every problem as a nail." And he gave it its popular name: Maslow's Hammer Bias or the Golden Hammer . This bias makes us repeat the same way of solving problems, without letting us see that other ways may be more appropriate to each new situation. This is called the shortcut trap. And this shortcut is always full of nails avoiding success. Maslow’s Hammer Bias is a cognitive “predisposition” that we must be aware of and, like all biases, it is always an unconscious shortcut to answering. We tend to solve a problem or situation with the tool that is easier to handle, the one that is familiar to us, the one that we have mastered, and which makes us comfortable or trusting without feeling uncertainty. But a hammer isn't the best tool when all you need are pliers . Our proven experience is not always the most adequate for dealing with new situations. Tied to the same tool or way of doing things, we cannot consider other more expedited and safer or successful options. There are many examples of this bias in our field and let's talk about some of them here: Hybrid Solar kits Single and 3phase built with standard GEL or AGM battery banks, when LIFEPO4 batteries now provide 15 times longer useful life, are fully recyclable, and take up much less space. Power Quality Consultants still focus on high-tech UPS solutions for short backup times, but do not take into account that they still use the grid or diesel generators as the main AC power for their loads, which leads to more CO2 emissions , and being subject, which is even worse, to high and extreme variations in electricity costs from utilities. These issues do not allow customers to be aware that using Hybrid Solar kits Single and 3phase can offer the same level of energy protection, during the entire working time of the connected loads (not just minutes) and minimize, at a high level, the use of the expensive grid utility and making the consumed $/W cost constant over time and even lower than the current one when you can also sell the solar energy produced to utilities via net-metering agreements when not fully used by the connected load or when the batteries are fully charged. Taking advantage of our extensive solar and power quality expertise and also our innovative manufacturing and marketing method called Integration Coefficient IC will help companies avoid this dangerous Hammer bias, among others. Transform How You Work. Join us to receive actionable Integration Coefficient IC insights for real-world challenges and to share our best solutions .

  • TRACKING VS FIXED SOLAR RACK MOUNTING

EPC ALERT: SOLAR FARMS STUDIES TENDENCY Concerning energy generation, the global society has to urgently address three factors that are now critical: Sustainability in terms of climate change . Security versus the wars currently occurring in many places with consequences that are being felt around the globe and the steep incline of fossil-fuel-based energy costs. Around the world, large-scale solar farms are being constructed with tracking systems to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic (PV) modules. The literature is now full of articles comparing energy generation of Tracking vs fixed solar rack mounting for PV modules. These articles include up to 20 years of datasets comparing worldwide locations differing in latitude, sky clarity, and ambient temperature. Despite all the variables mentioned above It was demonstrated that a fixed-slope solar system facing the equator provides a healthy energy receipt that is a high fraction of the energy receipt of a tracking system, meanwhile, the cost difference using both methods is very significant favoring fixed installations and making tracking systems harder to justify . Analysis was also carried out for PV facilities that have hosted larger solar farms to conclude that regardless of location, using bi-facial solar panels provides more benefits than using tracking systems and with a lower failure rate mainly because of the eventual mechanical issues of the motor-based tracking systems and, when sun tracking is doing manually the labor costs incidence is even higher. In our organization when using our manufacturing and marketing method named Integration Coefficient IC , we are in tune with all these tendencies to provide the most updated and economically better-justified technologies as the proper solutions for customers. The Future is Integrated. Stay Connected! Subscribe for exclusive content, tips, and solutions to keep you ahead.

  • MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

ANOTHER REASON TO TRUST US WHY TRUST US? More than 30 years of experience as a group. It is so easy to say, but these are many years of successes, also of "some" failures, from which we have learned even more. Like the famous quote from Michael Jordan: “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I’ve trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over again in my life. And this is why I succeed”. This long journey exemplifies our perseverance, continuity, dedication, permanence, tenacity, and constant reinvention through our innovative and disruptive Integration Coefficient IC business model development, adapting ourselves to the inevitable changes in markets and technology. We have made strong contacts with more than 250 factories internationally, who have manufactured products related to our proposed solutions . We have developed with those factories many strict OEM and ODM agreements resulting in continuous adaptation and improvement of products and solutions according to different markets and clients' specific needs. We can lead projects working with the factories , which are all ears to our requirements with extreme confidence. We have achieved that special "passport" that allows us to break the ice related to corporate and cultural differences while many others have tried to overcome them without success . All of these have allowed us to group or integrate different factories , towards customers or market needs-oriented solutions that involve the combination and interconnection of state-of-the-art technologies from different top entities, making them work together and in unison, offering to the end customer a complete solution, with a unified guarantee and under our total guidance and leadership .
